摘　　要：随着无线互联网的发展,以手机为移动终端代表的一种崭新的数字图书馆服务方式——手机图书馆开始兴起并得到快速发展。国外手机图书馆的建设主要在参考咨询服务、流通服务、移动语音导览、移动馆藏等方面取得了较大进展,值得我国手机图书馆参考借鉴。With the development of the wireless Intemet, mobile library, a brand new way of digital library services, has begun to rise and developed rapidly, which represented by the mobile phones as the mobile terminals. In foreign countries, the construction of the mobile library mainly distributed to the reference services, circulation services, mobile audio guide and mobile collections, etc. These applications have been developed greatly, all of which could provide reference for our country.
