摘　　要：将工作流引擎JBPM与电力调度培训相结合,研制出一种新型的基于Web的电力调度培训管理系统。提出电力调度培训流程,并以该流程为例阐明JBPM在流程可视化管理方面实现的步骤。介绍了JBPM工作流引擎的特点和操作规则,并设计出该系统的三层体系结构。与传统电力调度培训系统相比所不同的是业务逻辑层和数据持久层:业务逻辑层不仅含有常规的培训业务处理,还含有培训流程业务处理;在数据持久层,建立了基于本体论的多媒体库常规性数据库和流程库,流程库用于储存流程的相关数据,也是为了实现流程定制功能。最后采用基于粗糙集的培训时间及专业分布特征分析法对培训效果进行综合评价。A Web-based management system is developed,which combines the workflow engine JBPM（Java Business Process Management） and the power dispatch training together. The power dispatch training process is put forward and the implementation procedures of visualized management applying JBPM in training process are introduced. The features and rules of JBPM workflow engine are introduced and a three-layer system architecture is design. Different from traditional power dispatch training system,its business logic layer contains not only the conventional training business process but also the training workflow business process,and its data persistence layer has additional ontology-based multimedia library and process library to store process data and customize process. The training time based on rough set and the speciality distribution analysis are applied to comprehensively evaluate the training effectiveness.
