摘　　要：研制出了用于锥形转子电机出厂 (检查 )试验的微机测试系统 .该系统由强电主回路、下位机和上位机组成 .下位机为 MCS— 51单片机 ,用于数据采集和控制 ;上位机为 PC— 586微机 ,用于测试数据的处理 .系统的软件设计中 ,上位机采用 C语言编程 ,下位机采用汇编语言编程 ,数据管理软件则采用标准管理与测量数据 2个数据库 ,该软件使用方便且占用内存少 .该系统具有测试效率高、操作方便、性能稳定、工作可靠、抗干扰能力强等特点 .The cone rotor motor microcomputer test system is researched.The system is made up of the controlling circuits,the upper processor and the lower processor.The lower processor as MCS 51 monolithic processor is used for data processing and gathering;the upper processor as PC 586 computer is used for data processing.During the software designing of this system,C lauguage is used for the upper processor programming;assembly lauguage is used for the lower processor programming;the software of data management is made of standard data management and test data management.All these contribute to the convenience and low memory used by the software.The system has the advantages of high test efficiency,simple operation and high antiinterference ability.
