摘 要:目的:建立测定骨肽注射液中钙含量的方法,并对其进行方法学验证。方法:样品采用混合酸消化后导入原子吸收分光光度计,经火焰原子化,于422.7nm波长处测定。结果:钙的检测浓度在0~8μg.mL-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997);平均加样回收率为100.34%,RSD=1.97%(n=9)。结论:本方法灵敏、准确、可靠,可用于检测骨肽注射液中钙的含量。OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of calcium in Ossotide injection, and to verify the methodology of it. METHODS: Firstly the samples were digested with mixed acid and introduced into atomic absorption spectrophotometer, and then measured by AAS with absorbance wavelength at 422.7 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of calcium was 0-8 μg-mL-1(r=0.999 7) with an average recovery of 100.34% (RSD=1.97% ,n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is sensitive, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the content determination of calcium in Ossotide injection.
