摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在中药注射剂合理使用中的作用。方法:分析药品销售数据和中药注射剂用药病历,总结临床药师的干预对中药注射剂使用率、使用合理性等的影响。结果:经临床药师干预后,中药注射剂的用量、销售金额、总体使用率均较干预前减少或降低;中药注射剂使用合理率较干预前提高了17.55%(P<0.01)。结论:临床药师参与中药注射剂合理使用管理是非常必要和切实可行的。OBJECTIVE： To explore the roles of clinical pharmacists in the rational use of TCM injections. METHODS： The data of drug sale and medical record of TCM injection were analyzed, and the effects of clinical pharmacist＇s intervention on the utilization ratio and rationality of TCM injection were summarized. RESULTS： After clinical pharmacist＇ s intervention, the amount, cost and utilization ratio of TCM injections decreased; the utilization ratio of TCM injection increased by 17.55%, compared with before intervention （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： It＇s necessary and feasible for clinical pharmacists to involve the management for the rational use of TCM injections.
