某型飞机外挂装置测试信号适配方法研究

摘　　要：在利用自动测试系统对外挂装置进行测试时,通常一种型号的外挂装置就要有一种与之配套的信号适配器,这样一方面对测试资源造成了浪费,一方面增加了整个测试系统的重量和体积;通过对某型飞机所列装的外挂装置测试信号的分析和对多种型号外挂装置单适配器设计方法的研究,提出了测试信号整合的方法,进而减少测试接口适配器的数量和提高系统资源的利用率,并利用开关矩阵完成测试信号的快速切换,满足多项测试功能实时测试的需要。Customarily, one kind of External Store have one kind of TUA as its fittings. When we use Automatic Test System to test a external store, so on one hand the testing resources Be wasted and on the other hand increased the whole weight and volume of testing sys tern. By analyzing the test signal of an aircraft＇s external store and studying the design method of single TUA for Multiple External Store, proposing the integrate method of testing signal, reducing the number of the interface adapter and improving the system of resource utiliza- tion, as well as using the swilch matrix to finish the test of the rapidly and meeting the demand of the multiple real--time functional testing.
