摘  要:在机械密封数字散斑微小形变测量系统中,图像采集是必不可少的一部分;使用Matrox Solios ecl/xcl图像采集卡、BaslerA504KCCD相机及自主开发的外触发采集光电转速同步器构建了采集系统的硬件架构;基于VC++2008调用MIL9.0库函数开发了图像采集软件系统;为了满足不同的采集要求,该采集系统设置了静态及外触发两种采集方案;介绍了图采卡的采集模式、相机曝光的触发方式及如何配置DCF文件。给出了在VC++2008的MFC应用程序解决方案中采集软件的设计流程;给出了MIL对象的定义、初始化以及外触发采集的主要源代码;应用表明,该图像采集系统能很好地采集并保存完整清晰的图像,为后续的图像处理、分析工作奠定了基础。Image acquisition system is the necessary part to the digital speckle small deformation measurement system of the mechanical seals. The hardware architecture of the acquisition system was built with a Matrox Solios ecl/xcl image acquisition card, a Basler A504K CCD camera and a self--developed external trigger synchronizer acquiring photoelectricity rotation rate. The software system was developed by calling the library functions in MIL 9. 0 based on VC+ nu. The system set up two types of the acquisition solutions to meet different acqui- sition demands, sc. a static solution and an external trigger one. In this paper, the acquisition patterns of the image acquisition card, the trig get mode of the camera and the ways of deploying the DCF files were introduced. The design flow of the acquisition software in the MFC ap plication solution of VC + + 2008, the definition and initialization of the MIL objects, and the main source code of the external trigger solu tion were also demonstrated. The application showed that the image acquisition system can acquire and save the intact and clear images quite well, thus laid a good foundation for the future image processing and analyzing.
