武汉近代里分住宅更新保护研究——以坤厚里片区为例

摘　　要：该文研究成果来源于"德中同行"子项目——中德联合设计之武汉近代欧式建筑研究与保护。通过对武汉老里分住宅片区——坤厚里的大量实地调查、测绘与研究,分析总结了这一片区的成因、整体特征和类型特点。并在此基础上,归纳出针对坤厚里片区一元路沿街路段的更新、保护及利用的思路与原则,提出"赋予里分新的内涵、提取里分标志元素、整合空间尺度、丰富空间层次、延续传统生活方式"五个更新保护策略,从而为武汉近代里分住宅的更新设计提供借鉴。Based on an international cooperating project of Germany and China which focuses on Li-ten residence protection, a lot of information related to this article is gathered and studied. According to large amount of site survey, mapping and analysis about Kunhou Li, an old Li-ten residence in Wuhan, this article concludes the origin, category and characteristics of the site. In addition, the article provides some principals of how to protect and renew this area, together with five strategies which are ＂creating new uses, finding typical elements, improving space size, increasing space gradations, and continuing traditional living ways＂, so that it could be helpful to the design of Li-fen residence renewing in Wuhan.
