摘　　要：利益表达是一定主体与政权机构之间的政治互动行为,它既是主体实现利益保护、权利维护、政治地位提高的必要环节,也是政治系统稳定运行的重要保证。农民利益表达能为农村政治发展提供强大的功能驱力,其实现程度关系到农村民主发展的程度和政治系统的运行状态,应着力构建农民利益表达与农村政治发展的良性互动机制。The expression of benefits is the political interaction between the subject and political power system, which is not only the necessary link for the subject to achieve benefit protection, right maintenance and the enhancement of its political status, but also the important guarantee for the political system＇ s steadily operating. Farmers＇ benefit expression can provide powerful functional drive for the development of rural politics, the realization degree of which matters the development of rural democracy and the operation of political system. Positive interaction system between farmers＇ benefit expression and rural political development should be constructed with every effort.
