胰肠一层连续降落伞吻合法在胰十二指肠切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨胰肠一层连续降落伞吻合法临床应用效果。方法:收集本院2009年1月至2011年8月行胰十二指肠切除术患者临床资料21例,均采用胰肠一层连续降落伞法吻合,分析患者胰肠吻合时间、术后并发症各指标。结果:胰肠一层连续降落伞法吻合时间(8.0+2.0)min,无胰瘘,胆瘘1例,上消化道出血1例。结论:胰肠一层连续降落伞法吻合能明显缩短手术时间,减少术中创伤,有效降低胰瘘发生率。Objective：To study the clinical effects of one layer continuous pancreas-intestine parachute-like anastomosis. Methods ：21 cases received pancreaticoduodenectomy from Juanary,2009 to August, 2011 were analyzed. One layer con- tinuous pancreas-intestine parachute-like anastomosis was conducted for all these 21 cases, and items including the operat- ing time and postoperative complications were analyzed. Results ： The average operating time was （ 8.0 ＋ 2.0 ） min. There was no pancreatic leakage. One bile leakage and one upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were identified. Conclusion：One layer continuous pancreas-intestine parachute-like anastomosis significantly decreased operating time and intraoperative injury, and efficiently decreased pancreatic leakage rate.
