摘　　要：目的:探讨腕关节镜手术病人的围手术期护理方法并评估疗效。方法:对我科2009～2011年腕关节镜治疗的26例病人采取术前心理护理、术后指导患者功能锻炼等措施,术后平均随访20个月,采用Green-O'Brien功能评定方法对腕关节功能进行评估。结果:患者康复良好,腕关节功能评定优良率96.1%。结论:加强腕关节镜手术病人围手术期护理对促进腕关节功能恢复正常,提高疗效有着重要作用。Objective：To investigate the perloperative nursing methods and analyze the clinical findings in patients with wrist diseases. Method：During the period between 2009 and 2011,26 patients treated by arthmscopic surgery, preopera- tive psychological nursing, correct postoperative excise. The follow-up period averaged 20 months. The patients were as- sessed by the Green and OBrien wrist scoring system. Result： According to the Green and OBrien wrist scoring system, 25 of 26 patients were excellent in follow-up. Conclusion ： Perloperative nursing plays an importand role in improving the clinical findings.
