摘 要:以落实责任制整体护理为切入点,将病区床位数和护士人数分成相对应的小组,让一组固定的护士对一组固定的患者从入院到出院全程负责。组内成员相互合作,组间成员相互协作。通过落实岗位责任制、组长负责制、分组责任交班制、小组轮转制、组间考核与绩效分配等,确保了护理工作的延续性和整体性,在保证责任制整体护理真正落实的同时,提高了护理服务质量。We used'the responsibility system based holistic nursing as an entry point to split wards beds and nurses into corresponding groups, and let a fixed set of nurses take full charge on a fixed set of patients from admission to discharge. Group members can cooperate with each other, and mutual cooperation between members of the group. Through the implementation of the system of personal responsibility, the team leader responsibility system, grouping responsibili- ty shift system, the group rotation system, the group between assessment and performance allocation, the continuity and integrity of the nursing work is ensured to guarantee the real implementation of the responsibility system based holistic nursing, and to improve the quality of nursing service.
