摘　　要：做好专业技术档案的管理工作,是医院加强科学管理的必然要求。分析了国内专业技术档案管理工作中存在不够重视、缺乏规范及制度、管理分散造成利用不便等问题,介绍了在PDCA循环的指导下,逐步规范和改进专业技术档案管理工作的实践。Improve professional technique file establishment, management and utilization is an inevitable requirement for the hospital to fully develop human resources and strengthen the scientific management. At present, the domestic professional technique file management lacks of concern and regulations, and the decentralized management caused the problems of inconvenient utilization. Based on the Hospital Grade Accreditation standards, combined with our own working characteristics and demands, our hospital introduced the quality management theories, under the direction of quality management cycle （PDCA cycle）, gradually regulated the standards and improved professional technique file management.
