摘　　要：目的探讨放射科影像摄片质量控制方法,以提高摄片质量。方法通过成立质控小组,定期召开小组会议,进行自查并记录结果。结果各组一级片率均达到三级医院的考核标准,包括普放(51.25%)、CT(84.17%)、MRI(66.7%)及乳腺(49%)。通过自评查找出图像质量问题的原因。结论只有不断完善影像摄片质量控制体系,树立质量意识,才能不断提高影像摄片质量。Objective Based on digital radiology technologies and imaging characteristics, the quality control measures were studied and discussed. Method The study performed by establishing radiology quality control groups and performing image evaluation and recoding. Result The first--class rates of all groups reached the criteria of three--level hospital, which were 51. 250//00 of X--ray group, 84.17~/00 of CT, 66.70/00 of MRI and 490/4o of MG respectively. The cau- ses for image problems were found through self--assessment. Conclusion The radiography quality can be only improved by developing quality control system, establishing the definite sense of profession.
