摘　　要：如何充分激发并调动假日门诊医务人员的工作积极性,是医院管理者亟待解决的问题。设计假日门诊岗位激励分配方案,并应用于医院实际工作中,既提升了假日门诊运行效率,又提高了工作人员及患者满意度。How to fully stimulate and mobilize holiday clinic medical staff enthusiasm is the urgent problem of the hospital administrators. The paper analyzed the incentive distribution program of out patient medical staff, treatment rooms＂ nurses, auxiliary attending department staff and triage units, registration room, pharmacy, and the cashier and other holiday clinic positions, and applied it to the actual work of the hospital. The program can enhance the holiday clinic operational efficiency and improve staff and patient satisfaction.
