银川市某医院体检人群EV71型和ECHO病毒感染率的调查

摘　　要：目的了解银川市不同年龄组人群肠道病毒71型(EV71型)和埃克病毒(ECHO)感染率情况及IgG抗体阳性率分布情况。方法采集宁夏银川市某医院204份不同年龄组体检人群血清,用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清中的EV71型和ECHO IgG抗体。结果 204例受检人群血清中EV71型和ECHO IgG阳性率分别为32.4%和15.1%,其中1岁以内婴幼儿EV71抗体阳性率低,1岁～组EV71 IgG抗体阳性率最高达48.3%,但与其他组比较差异无统计学意义。1岁以内婴幼儿ECHO抗体阳性率低,随着年龄增长,抗体阳性率增高,15～65岁组ECHO IgG抗体阳性率最高,为22.3%,与其他组比较差异无统计学意义。结论普通人群中可能存在EV71型和ECHO隐性感染者,成人EV71隐性感染率较低,儿童是EV71的主要感染者,15岁以下儿童为ECHO感染的高危人群,人群通过自然感染获得免疫保护。Objective To investigate the serum level and distribution of IgG antibody against Enterovirus 71 （EV71） and Echovirus （Echo） in population of Yinehuan. Methods 204 serum samples were collected from examination population in Yinchuan. The IgG antiody to EV71 and Echo was detected by indirect enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results The positive rate of EV71 and Echo antibody were respec- tively 32.4% and 15.1%. The positive rate of IgG antibody to EV71 was the lowest under 1 year old,it was the highest in i - 5 year group. The positive rate of IgG antibody to Echovirus was the lowest under 1 year old （9.7%） ,with the age growth, the positive rate increased, and it was highest above 15 years old （22.3%）. There was no significant difference in positive rate of EV7 land Echo antibody among the different age groups. Conclusion There were asymptomatic infections of EV71 and Echo in population of Yinchuan. Population ac- quired EV71 and Echo virus of immunity through recessive infection. The recessive infection of EV71 was low in adults,while the children were mainly suffered,and the children under 15 years old were at high risk of in- fection and diseases attack of Echo.
