摘  要:目的探讨自体微小颗粒骨复合骨髓间充质干细胞治疗感染性骨缺损的效果,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法将24只新西兰白兔制成双侧桡骨中段1cm的感染性骨缺损,随机分为两组,分别植入自体微小颗粒骨、自体微小颗粒骨与骨髓间充质干细胞,于术后2、4、8、12周行X线及组织学检查,并行Lane-sandhu评分。结果术后2、4、8周自体微小颗粒骨复合骨髓间充质干细胞移植组X线评分及组织学评分高于自体微小颗粒组(P﹤0.05);术后第12周两组X线及组织学评分差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自体微小颗粒骨复合骨髓间充质干细胞修复感染性骨缺损的能力优于自体微小颗粒骨移植。Objective To investigate the efficacy of repairing bone defects with the compound of autologous micromorselized bone and mesenchymal stem cells. Methods The animal models of infected bone defect were established by surgery in the 24 New Zealand white rabbits and were treated with autologous micromorselized bone and the compound of autologous micromorselized bone and mesenehymal stern cells. Efficacy of repairing was observed by X - ray examinations and histopathological at 2,4,8,12 weeks after the surgery. Results The score of treatment group with the compound of autologous micromorselized bone and mesenchymal stem cells were higher than the control group. Conclusion The compound of autologous mieromorselized bone and mes- enchmal stem cells can accelerate the repairing of infected bone defects.
