摘 要:轻型光电载荷在对目标进行搜索、探测、识别、跟踪时,必然要受载机的振动、风阻扰动等干扰因素的影响,造成视轴抖动,视频图像晃动、模糊,降低成像质量,设计合理的隔震系统,提高光电载荷视轴的稳定性和跟踪精度显得尤为重要。从结构设计的角度出发,对隔震系统的隔振理论、工作机理和设计要点进行了详细说明,给出了橡胶减震器和金属橡胶减震器各自的适用范围。振动试验结果表明:金属橡胶减震器设计合理、性能可靠;光电载荷成像质量好、稳定精度高。The main function of the light-weight photoelectric payload is to search, detect, identify and track the targets. It is affected by some interference factors of airborne vibration and wind resistence ect., which may cause view axis jittering, video image sloshing, and image degradation. It is important to design a reasonable isolation system for improving the view axis stability and tracking accuracy of photoelectric payload. In this paper, the vibration isolation theory, working principle and design points of isolation system are introduced in detail the applicable range of the rubber isolator and metal rubber isolator are given. The vibration test results show that the metal rubber isolator has a reliable performance, thus the photoelectric payload has better image quality and higher stability accuracy.
