摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶自燃法制备Ni0.35Zn0.65Fe2O4粉末,研究引燃温度对燃烧产物性能的影响。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对粉末的物相和磁性能进行了表征。结果表明,凝胶自燃后的粉体具有单一的尖晶石型NiZn铁氧体相,粉末颗粒尺寸约20nm,样品的比饱和磁化强度随自燃温度的升高而提高。引燃温度为400℃时比饱和磁化强度达70.2A.m2/kg,说明凝胶自燃法可直接制备出纳米铁氧体粉末。Nickel-zinc ferrite Ni0.35Zn0.65Fe2O4 powders were synthesized by sol-gel auto-combustion synthesis. The effects of ignition temperature on the phase and magnetic properties of ferrite powders were investigated. The structure and magnetic properties were characterized by means of XRD and VSM. The results showed that the spinel nickel-zinc ferrite powders can be successfully prepared when gel were ignited, with mean particle size of approximately 20nm. The specific saturation magnetization of nickel-zinc ferrite sample increases with increasing gel ignition temperature. The specific saturation magnetization is up to 70.2 A.m2/kg for 400℃ ignited sample. Nickel-zinc ferrite powder can be prepared directly by sol-gel auto-combustion.
