新闻传播学背景的“走转改”活动及其长效机制

摘　　要："走转改"活动现阶段取得了一定成效,但要使其成为广大新闻工作者的自觉坚守和工作常态,就应当建立长效机制。构建"走转改"活动长效机制的关键在于使"走转改"活动制度化,从三个方面健全相应制度:建设舆情采集制度,确保走基层的常态化;改革媒体管理制度,确保转作风的常态化;改变新闻评价制度,确保改文风的常态化。The ＂going, shifting and changing＂ activity has obtained great progress at the stage, we should establish lasting mechanism to make it a consciously adherence and a normal job for the vast number of journalists. The key to construct the lasting mechanism of the ＂going, shifting and changing＂ activity is to make it a mechanism. We can follow these three aspects： to construct a public opinion to improve the corresponding acquisition system to ensure going on the grass normal; reform the media management system to ensure the changing the working style normal; change the news evaluation system to ensure the shifting the writing style normal.
