摘　　要：目的了解育龄妇女使用3种宫内节育器(IUD)后生活质量状况的变化情况。方法 2007.7～2008.8在我国6个省共11所县级计划生育服务站(研究中心),开展多中心随机比较观察性研究。在每所服务站对符合标准的育龄妇女随机放置IUD,采用健康状况问卷测量妇女使用IUD前、使用后3个月和10～12个月时的生活质量状况。本文使用其中7个中心的数据进行分析。结果 311例元宫铜300对象、309例TCu80A对象和321例活性165对象进入分析。3组对象放置IUD后健康状况总分和除一般健康状况外的其他7个维度得分均较基线时得分增加,仅一般健康状况维度两次随访得分与基线比较差异均无统计学意义。三组对象总得分及各维度得分较基线的变化情况相似,仅TCu380a使用者情感职能维度得分在10～12个月随访时的改变值略高于其他两组对象。结论 IUD的使用可以提高育龄妇女的生活质量,且三种IUD对生活质量的改善情况相似。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of intrauterine devices（IUDs）use on quality of life among Chinese women.METHODS A randomized multicenter observational study was conducted in 2007-2008 at eleven county-level family planning service stations from six provinces.Women who visited these stations to get IUD as contraceptive methods were included,and YCu300,TCu380A or active 165 were placed by randomization.The Chinese version of the short Form-36 Health Survey（SF-36）was completed before,three months and ten-twelve months after use of IUD.The present paper used the data from seven stations.RESULTS 311 YCu300 users,309 TCu380A users and 321 active 165 users were included in the analysis.The total quality-of-life score in three groups significantly increased after use of IUD as well as its sub-domains including Physical Functioning,Role-Physical,Vitality,Role-Emotional,Mental Health,Bodily Pain and Social Functioning.There was no significant difference between scores at two follow-ups and recruitment in General Health domain in three groups.The difference between scores at each follow-up and scores at recruitment was compared between three IUD groups.No significant difference was found for overall scores and most domain scores except for Role-Emotional domain,in which the TCu380A users had higher scores than two other groups at 10-12 months follow-up.CONCLUSION IUD use could significantly improve overall quality of life in Chinese women.There is no significant difference among three kinds of IUD on the effect of quality of life.
