中学生预防艾滋病同伴教育模式研究

摘　　要：目的在中学生中开展预防艾滋病同伴教育活动,探索学校预防艾滋病同伴教育工作模式。方法选择824名中学生进行艾滋病同伴教育,对艾滋病同伴教育者选拔、培训,同伴教育活动内容和方式进行评价。结果 75.3%的同学认可同伴教育教育模式。同伴教育志愿者应具备的前5项素质为爱心、责任心、亲和力、艾滋病与同伴教育知识的掌握、良好的生活习惯和正确的爱情观。同伴教育活动内容最有意义的前5项为艾滋病的预防、艾滋病的传播方式及传播途径、中学生在预防与控制艾滋病中的作用、生活技能与预防艾滋病教育、同伴教育者应具备的知识技能和素质。中学生最感兴趣的活动方式前3项为案例分析、现场演示、角色扮演。结论此同伴教育模式适用于在中学校范围开展青少年预防艾滋病宣教活动。OBJECTIVE To discuss the possibility,to carry out the HIV/ADIS peer education among the middle school students and to find out a model of HIV/ADIS preventive in school-wide in chongqing.METHODS Chose 1 677 middle school students to take the HIV/ADIS peer education,chose and taughtthe volunteers,evaluated the content and the ways of HIV/ADIS peer education.RESULTS 75.3% students thought it was very good.The volunteers needed warm heart,responsibility,kind,ADIS/HIV peer education knowledge,right habit and vision of love.The most reasonable contents of peer education were HIV/ADIS prevention,spread ways,the effect of students in prevention,life skills and knowledge.The students＇ most interested ways were case analysis,demonstration and roll playing.CONCLUSION The HIV/ADIS peer education is suit for middle students in schools-wide.
