合肥市2004～ 2009年法定报告传染病的疫情分析

摘　　要：目的了解合肥市传染病的流行趋势和分布特征,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述性研究对合肥市2004～2009年法定传染病报告病例进行统计分析。结果 2004～2009年合肥市共报告法定传染病28种,累计报告病例137 616例,年平均发病率为494.85/10万,法定传染病发病率呈现逐年上升的趋势。呼吸道类传染病是合肥市主要的传染病病,血源及性传播疾病和丙类传染病出现上升趋势;合肥市地区发病病种前5位为其他感染性腹泻、肺结核、痢疾、肝炎和梅毒为主。主要的发病人群为农民、散居儿童和学生。结论 2004～2009年合肥市法定传染病发病率总体呈现逐年上升趋势,目前需要重点防治的传染病为其他感染性腹泻、肺结核、细菌性痢疾、肝炎和梅毒。OBJECTIVE To explore the epidemiological features of notifiable infectious diseases so as to provide basis for diseases control in Hefei City.METHODS The data were derived from the infectious disease surveillance from 2004 to 2009,the descriptive study was applied to systematically analyze the epidemic features of notifiable infectious diseases.RESULTS From 2004 to 2009,there were 137 616 cases in 28 kinds of notifiable infectious diseases.The average incidence rate was 494.85/100 000 with a upward trend.The infectious diseases transmitted by way of respiratory diseases had the highest incidence rate.While the infectious diseases transmitted by ways of blood and blood products and sexually transmitted and class-C communicable diseases had the upward trend.Other infectious diarrhea,tuberculosis,dysentery,hepatitis and syphilis were the major infectious diseases in Hefei region.The major populations with diseases above were the peasants,scattered children and students.CONCLUSION The incidence rates of notifiable infectious disease is rising gradually year by year.Prevention and control should be put on the infectious diseases such as other infectious diarrhea,tuberculosis,dysentery,hepatitis and syphilis.
