激光联合卡介苗素和干扰素治疗86例尖锐湿疣综合疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨激光联合卡介苗素和干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的综合疗效。方法选取某院2006年8月～2008年10月门诊治疗的172例尖锐湿疣患者为研究对象,分成联合治疗组和对照组,每组86例患者,对治疗后的相关疗效进行了比较。结果联合治疗组中治愈73例,治愈率为84.88%,对照组中治愈46例,治愈率为53.49%,P﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义;联合治疗组中复发12例,复发率为13.95%,对照组中复发40例,复发率为46.51%,P﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义;联合治疗组总不良反应1例,总不良反应比例为1.16%;对照组总不良反应4例,总不良反应比例为4.65%,P﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论激光联合卡介苗素和干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣是一种安全有效的方法。OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy for laser combined with BCG and interferon in the treatment of genital warts.METHODS 172 patients with condyloma in our hospital from August 2006 to October 2008 were chosen as the research objects.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group,86 patients in each group.The related effects after treatment were compared.RESULTS 73 cases were cured in the combination therapy group,the cure rate was 84.88%.46 cases were cured in the control group,the cure rate was 53.49%,P﹤0.05,the difference was statistically significant.12 cases were of recurrence in the combination therapy group,the recurrence rate was 13.95%.40 cases were of recurrence in the control group,the recurrence rate was 46.51%（P﹤0.05）,the difference was statistically significant;the total adverse reactions of combined treatment group was 1 case,the total proportion of adverse reactions was 1.16%.The adverse reaction rate in the control group were four cases,and the total proportion of adverse reactions was 4.65%（P﹤0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSION The laser in combination with BCG and interferon treatment in genital warts is a safe and effective method.
