摘　　要：文章全面系统地分析了通信科技成果转化机制的现状,指出目前通信科研成果转化的优劣势所在。我国通信科技成果转化中仍存在科技与经济脱节现象。不同类型的通信科技成果转化率不同,但总体投入产出比较低。通信科技成果转化在管理体制、政策环境、评价引导等运行机制方面依然存在诸多问题。The article comprehensively analyze the situation of communication science and technology achievement transformation mechanism, points out the advantages and disadvantages,it still exists that science and technology come apart economy. Transformation rate about different types of communication science and technology achievement is different, but the overall comparison of input and output is relatively low. There are so many questions in aspects such as management system, policy environment, evaluation and operating mechanism, which are brought out by the science and technology accomplishment transformation of Telecommunication achievements.
