摘　　要：建设项目可持续发展社会影响要素研究对于促进可持续发展战略的实施具有重要的意义。基于目前研究者主要集中在建设项目可持续发展社会评价方法上的研究现状,文章通过建立建设项目可持续发展社会影响要素框架体系,为以后的研究者提供更为明确的评价内容。To study on sustainable development social influence factors of construction project is of great significance to promote the implementation of the sustainable development strategy. Based on the status that current researchers are mainly concentrated in studying on the sustainable development social evaluation meth~~t of construction project, this paper through to establish the sustainable development social influence factors frame system of construction project, provides more clear evaluation content for the following researchers.
