可持续发展理念下的西部经济发展与环境保护关系探究

摘　　要：随着西部经济发展,西部地区环境问题日益突出,已经成为制约地区经济发展的瓶颈。探讨了经济发展与环境保护的关系,经济发展与环境保护并不矛盾,而应该是相互协调共同发展的。现阶段应该以科学发展观为指导,坚持贯彻实施以人为本、协调、可持续发展的原则,以期实现我国西部大开发中环境保护和经济建设协调发展。As the western economic development, the environment problem at western region is increasingly prominent, which has become the bottleneck of restricting the regional economy development. The article discusses the relationship between the economic development and environment protection, and points out the economic development and environmental protection is not contradictory, but coordinated. At present, we should be guided by the scientific development concept, adhere to the implementation of the people-oriented, coordination, sustainable development principle, for achieving the coordinated development of western environmental protection and economic development.
