摘　　要：纤维肌痛症是一种以弥漫性疼痛和肌肉骨骼压痛为特征的慢性疼痛综合征。睡眠障碍是主要的临床表现之一,其中非恢复性睡眠和α-δ睡眠是纤维肌痛症重要的两个标志。美国风湿病学会2010年修订的诊断标准中也将睡眠障碍提升到诊断依据的高度。本文主要介绍纤维肌痛症相关性睡眠障碍临床表现、多导睡眠图和循环交替模式的特点、主观和客观评定方法、治疗方面的研究进展。Fibromyalgia syndrome is a chronic pain disorder clinically characterized by widespread pain and musculoskeletal tenderness.Disturbed sleep is a major symptom of patients with fibromyalgia.Nonrestorative sleep and alpha/delta sleep have been proposed as the two important hallmarks.The newest revised diagnostic criteria proposed by the American College of Rheumatology also suggested that the presence of sleep disturbances be part of the diagnostics for fibromyalgia in 2010.The clinical features,the characteristic of polysomnography and cyclic alternating pattern,the assessment of subject and objective sleep,therapy of fibromyalgia-related sleep problems were reviewed.
