摘  要:在中线法筑坝过程中,尾矿分级效率与效果至关重要。首先通过室内实验对尾矿的基本物理性质进行了研究,通过FX350和FX250旋流器的对比实验,分析沉砂产率、浓度和粒度等多个参数,选用FX350旋流器可满足生产要求。几年的生产实践表明,采用FX350旋流器可以有效地进行尾矿分级和实现中线法堆坝,尾矿库通过四年运行后坝体外坡无渗透水,中线法筑坝安全可靠,抗震设防烈度高。The classific efficiency and effect of tailings are very important in the midcourt line method damming.The basic physical properties of the tailing were studed,contrast test of FX350 and FX250 hydrocyclone was proceeded,and yield ratio,concentration,partical size of were analysed.The production practice showed that the FX350 hydrocyclone device can effectively classify this tailings,the midcourt line method damming can be realized.The tailings pond has been in motion for 4 years.There is no seepage water on outside slope of the dam.The midcourt line method damming is safe and reliable,and seismic fortification intensity is high.
