摘　　要：顺应中国社会现代化的进程,监狱应与时俱进,努力建设公正、廉洁、文明、高效的新型监狱。作为监狱管理、刑罚执行、对罪犯进行教育改造等活动的直接实施者———监狱人民警察应转变执法理念,树立社会主义法治的执法理念,进一步提高其履职能力。Conform to the modernization of Chinese society,the prison shall keep pace with The Times and strive to build a fair and honest,civilization and efficient new prison.As prison,execution of punishment to criminals,education innovation activities such as direct implementer of prison police＇s transformation law enforcement idea,establish the socialist concept of law enforcement,to further improve the performance ability becomes more urgent and important.
