摘　　要：成年人监护制度,是与未成年人监护制度相对称的一项私法制度。借鉴两大法系立法,完善我国成年人监护立法制度,主要有以下意义:第一,解决我国面临的老龄化问题;第二,完善我国的司法理论基础;第三,顺应民法发展趋势。Adult guardianship system,is a private law system which is associated with the minor guardianship system.Drawing lessons from the two legal systems to improve the system of China＇s adult guardianship legislation,we can learn that the first point is to solve the aging problem,the second point is to improve China＇s judicial theory,and the third point is to comply with the development of civil law trend.
