农村养老参保意愿及影响因素分析——以甘肃省榆中县为例

摘　　要：对榆中县60户农户的调查数据采用Logistic模型分析表明,农户年龄、文化程度、子女个数、年人均收入以及对新型农村社会养老保险政策的了解程度,对农民参加新农保意愿影响显著;而性别、婚姻状况、如何看待子女赡养、农户类别、选择何种方式养老以及对"捆绑政策"的看法,对农民参加新农保意愿的影响不显著。为此,制定多层次的养老保险待遇、淡化家庭养老观念,加大宣传力度,就成了新型农村合作医疗保险制度推行中亟待解决的问题。Contract farming is an important way of promoting the development of China＇s agricultural moderni zation. However, in recent years, problems like farmers reduced participation and low satisfaction appear. This article regards farmer＇s continued order intention as the breakthrough point based on survey data of farmers in 22 villages seeding in Hubei. The paper makes an analysis of farmer＇s intention to continue order and the influencing factors, and introduces farmer＇s satisfaction of contract farming as mediating variable in an innovative perspective. And then, it build an influence model of farmer＇s intention to continue order. It concludes that factors like leading businesses order fulfillment process management, production quirements and quality standards, the support of governments facilities and production conditions, production re and organizations the comparative benefits of con tract farming and the income of the order have significant effects on farmer＇s willingness to participate in contract farming. Also, the degree of farmer＇s satisfaction in the initial time has significant mediating effect on the relation- ship between the above factors and farmer＇s intention for ward relevant policy suggestions. continued order. Based on the above, the paper puts for-ward relevant policy suggestions.
