摘 要:为了体现阳离子改性棉纱线的优越性,缩短前处理工艺流程,探讨棉纱线练漂-阳离子改性一浴法的可行性.通过正交实验法确定了练漂改性一浴法的最佳的处理工艺.结果表明,练漂-阳离子改性一浴法工艺处理棉纱线的白度略微降低,但不影响后期处理;一浴法处理的纱线强度好于其他练漂、改性方法.In order to shorten the pre-treatment process and show the superiority of cationic modified cotton yarn,the feasibility of one bath treatment process of refineding-bleaching and cationic modificiation for cotton yarn was discussed.The optimal treatment technology of one bath treatment process of refined-bleaching and cationic modificiation for cotton yarn by orthogonal test method was determined.The whiteness and strength of the treated cotton yarn were evaluated.The results show that whiteness of the cotton yarn treated by one bath treatment process of refined-bleaching and cationic modification is slightly lower;the strength of the cotton yarn treated by one bath process is better than other refineding,bleaching and modification methods.
