摘  要:通过合成丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺/马来酸酐(AA/AM/MA)三元共聚物阻垢剂,开发出一种具有优良阻垢性能的新型聚天冬氨酸复配物.采用静态阻垢实验对聚天冬氨酸(PASP)与三元共聚物复配的阻垢性能进行研究.结果表明,聚天冬氨酸和三元共聚物在一定配比下产生协同阻垢效应,其最佳配比浓度为:聚天冬氨酸1mg/L,三元共聚物0.5mg/L;复配物的阻垢性能较单纯的聚天冬氨酸有一定的提高,适用于高钙、高碱、高温的水系统中,并可在其中长时间停留.将复配阻垢剂应用于火电厂循环冷却水水样,其对碳酸钙的阻垢率达到100%.Terpolymer of acrylic acid/acrylic amide/malefic anhydride(AA/AM/MA)was synthesized.A new PASP-based composite(PASP+AA/AM/MA)with excellent scale inhibition performance was developed.The scale inhibition of combination of polyaspartic acid(PASP)and acrylic acid/acrylic amide/malefic anhydride(AA/AM/MA)was discussed through the static inhibiting scale experiment.The synergistic effect of PASP and AA/AM/MA inhibitor dispersing agents were studied.The optimum dosage of the combination is: PASP 1 mg/L,and AA/AM/MA 0.5 mg/L.It can be used in water system with high calcium concentration and high alkalinity,and the significant scale inhibition can still be remained even staying in high temperature water system for long resident time.The scales of static water samples were tested in simulation recycling water,and the inhibition rate of CaCO3 is found at 100%.
