摘  要:以匍匐翦股颖Penn A-1和Penn A-4为供试品种,就2,4-D不同浓度和作用时间对匍匐翦股颖愈伤组织诱导及分化的影响进行试验。结果表明,2mg/L的2,4-D对Penn A-1愈伤组织诱导效果最佳,出愈率为36.4%,4mg/L的2,4-D对Penn A-4的效果最佳,出愈率为82.4%;愈伤组织最佳分化时间为2,4-D作用0~30d时,Penn A-1和Penn A-4分化率分别保持在50%和83%;分化能力随2,4-D作用时间的增长而下降,而颗粒状、质地松散的愈伤组织最终将失去分化能力。The effect of different 2,4-D concentrations and time on callus induction and differentiation of two creeping bentgrass cultivars(Penn A-1 and Penn A-4)were studied.The result indicated that the optimum 2,4-D concentrations for callus induction of Penn A-1and Penn A-4 were 2 mg/L and 4 mg/L,and the callus generation rates were 36.4% and 82.4% respectively.The optimum treatment duration for callus differentiation ranged from 0 to 30 days,and the differentiation rates of Penn A-1and Penn A-4 were 50% and 83%,respectively.Differentiation rate decreased as the increase of 2,4-D treatment duration,and the particle,loose calli that lost differentiation capability were found.
