摘  要:研究了温度(15、20、25℃)和盐度(5、15、30)对沿海一混盐水体中褶皱臂尾轮虫复合类群中的3种轮虫Brachionus plicatilis Müller、B.plicatilis Yamamoto和B.rotundiformis Tschugunoff(分别简称为Bm、By、Br)休眠卵体积变化的影响。结果表明:休眠卵的体积与轮虫的体型密切相关;休眠卵体积对温度和盐度的改变较为敏感,L-型轮虫Bm和By对温度和盐度的改变较S-型轮虫Br更为敏感;在低温低盐条件下,Bm和By休眠卵体积偏大,Br休眠卵体积只在相对适宜其生长的中温环境下偏大;大部分条件下,Bm与By休眠卵的体积差异不显著(P>0.05)。The effects of temperature( 15, 20 and 25 ℃ ) and salinity (5,15 and 30) on resting egg volume of three rotifer species sympatric sibling complex including Brachionus flicatilis Miiller( Bin), B. plicatilis Yamamoto (By), and B. rotundiformis Tschugunoff(Br) collected in one coastal lagoon were studied. The volume of the resting eggs was found to be associated with the rotifer size, and to be affected more by changes in temperature and salinity. The volume of the resting eggs was changed with temperature change more in "L" type rotifers than in "S" type rotifers. There were larger volumes in Bm and By resting eggs under lower temperature and salinity while larger volumes of Br resting eggs were observed under only medial temperature and salinity. There was no significant difference in resting eggs volume of Bm and By(P〉0. 05).
