摘  要:在扫描电镜下研究了卜氏晶囊轮虫Splanchna brightwelli休眠卵卵膜的亚显微结构,并对卵膜与休眠卵功能的关系进行了探讨。结果表明:卜氏晶囊轮虫休眠卵卵膜分三层,其中第一层卵膜(S1)包括两小层,即外表有乳状突起的第一小层(ML)和弹簧状的第二小层(SL),ML层外表乳状突起之间有的有小桥相连,有的无小桥相连,而SL层纵面观似弹簧状,外表面(与ML层卵膜接触的面)有较大的突起和较多的孔,内表面(与第二层接触的面)较光滑且突起较小;第二层卵膜(S2)纵面观均匀致密;第三层卵膜(S3)紧包胚胎,外表面光滑。从本试验结果推测,晶囊轮虫休眠卵第一层的第二小层卵膜的弹簧状结构装置,很可能是晶囊轮虫休眠卵休眠期间存放休眠卵产出气体的地方。Ultrastructures of outer shell were observed in resting eggs of rotifer Splanchna brightwelli under electron microscope, and the relationship between the shell and function of the resting eggs was discussed. It was found that the shell of the resting egg was comprised of three layers : the first layer ( S1 ) including two sublayers : an outer mastoid process sublayer( ML), and an inner spring-like sublayer (SL). There is ponticulus or no ponticulus be- tween two mastoid processes on outside surface of sublayer ML. There were larger gibbosities and many holes on the outside surface of the sublayer SL, and smaller gibbosities on the inside surface, smoother comparing with the out- side surface of the sublayer SL. The second shell layer (S2) was homogeneous and dense under cross-sectional view. The third shell layer(S3) was found to coat the outside of the embryos and had smooth outside surface. It is inferred that it was the spring-like second sublayer in the first shell layer that provided a storage space of gas de- rived from the resting eggs during dormancy period.
