综合康复护理措施在创伤后截瘫患者功能重建中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨综合康复护理措施对创伤后截瘫患者功能重建的影响。方法按所在病区将82例创伤后截瘫患者分为观察组和对照组各41例。观察组在常规康复治疗的同时进行功能重建训练、营养、心理、自我管理教育等综合护理干预;对照组接受常规护理。分别在康复第1个月、3个月进行FM和Fugl-Meyer评分及生存质量自评量表(QOLQ)评分。结果实施综合康复护理后,观察组各项评分均优于对照组。生存质量评价量表中,患者随康复时间延长生活满意度、自我概念、健康功能状态、社会经济等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生存质量中的健康功能状态、Fugl-Meyer评分及FM评分差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),康复效果得到明显改善。结论综合康复护理措施能有效促进创伤后截瘫患者的功能重建。Objective To probe the influence of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on reconstruction functionnelle for patients with paraplegia after trauma.Methods 82 patients with paraplegia after trauma were divided into the observation group and the control group with 41 patients in each group.Besides the conventional rehabilitation nursing, the observation group were also given comprehensive nursing intervention such as reconstruction functionnelle training, nutrition, mental and self-management education.The control group were just given conventional nursing.Afier one month and three months of rehabilitation, FM, Fugl-Meyer assessment and QOLQ were conducted among the two groups.Results With comprehensive rehabilitation nursing, the average assessment scores of the items in the observation group were superior to those in the control group.According to QOLQ, the differences in the degree of life satisfaction with rehabilitation time lengthen- ing, self-concept, health functional status and social economy were of statistic significance （P 〈 0.05）.The differences in health functional status of QOL, Fugl-Meyer and FM assessment were of high statistic significance （P 〈0.01 ）.Rehabilitation effects were remarkably im- proved.Gonclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the reconstruction functionnelle for patients with paraple- gia after trauma.
