巨针配合手法松解、中药热熨治疗肩周炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察巨针配合手法松解、中药热熨治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法随机抽取45例肩周炎患者采用巨针配合手法松解、中药热熨治疗作为治疗组,另随机抽取45例采用针刺肩三针法治疗作为对照组。治疗组3次/周,10次为1个疗程,2个疗程统计疗效;对照组5次/周,10次为1个疗程,2个疗程统计疗效。结果治疗组痊愈24例,痊愈显效率为93.3%;对照组痊愈8例,痊愈显效率55.6%。两组痊愈显效率比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论巨针配合手法松解、中药热熨治疗肩周炎在改善症状,提高痊愈显效率方面具有明显优势。Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of using big needle, massage relaxation and ironing with Chinese medicine to treat scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 45 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly chosen and treated by using big needle, massage relaxation and ironing with Chinese medicine as the treatment group, and another 45 patients were randomly chosen and treated by acupuncture on shoulder points as the control group.The treatment group were treated 3 times a week,with 10 times as a course;and the curative effect was recorded after two courses.The control group were treated 5 times a week, with 10 times as a course, the effect was also recorded after 2 courses.Results 24 patients in the treatment group were cured, with a remarkable effective rate of 93.3% ;while 8 patients in the control group were cured,with an effective rate of 55.6%.The comparative difference of effective rates be- tween the two groups is of high statistical significance（P〈 0.01）.Conclusion Using big needle, massage relaxation and ironing with Chi- nese medicine to treat scapulohumeral periarthritis has obvious advantage to improve symptoms and recovery rate.
