Investigation of Children's Hair Lead Level and Its Effect of Healthy in A Lead-Zinc Mine

摘  要:为了解某铅锌矿区铅对儿童的危害情况,探讨铅污染对儿童智商及生长发育的影响,选择某铅锌矿区某冶炼厂区居住5年以上,年龄在6~10岁的儿童186名作为观察组,同时选择居住在距矿区40 km以外、年龄在6~10岁的儿童156名作为对照组,进行了儿童一般状况的体格检查(包括:缺钙、脱发、贫血、易患感冒)、智商测定(包括:语言智商VIQ、操作智商PIQ及总智商FIQ)等调查及头发中矿物元素的测定。结果表明,观察组儿童发铅、发锌含量、脱发和贫血阳性率均明显高于对照组,而发钙含量则相反,具有统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);VIQ、PIQ及FIQ评分均低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。提示铅锌矿区铅污染对矿区儿童智商及生长发育有不良影响。To understand the harm of lead to children and discuss the effect of lead pollution on intelligence quotient and growth and development of children in the lead and zinc mine, 186 children were chosen as observation group who had lived more than five years in a smelter district in a lead - zinc mine and 156 children were selected as control group who had lived 40 km away from the lead - zinc mine. The general status of children's physical examination (including calcium, hair loss, anemia, easy to have a cold) and IQ (including VIQ, PIQ, FIQ ) were investigated and mineral elements in hair were determined . The results showed that hair lead and zinc, hair loss and positive rate of anemia of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, hair calcium contrary (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), while the VIQ, PIQ and FIQ were significantly lower than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05). The lead pollution in lead - zinc mine has a bad effcct on the IQ and growth and development of the children in mine.
