特种稻海丰糯空间诱变效应分析

摘　　要：通过搭载返回式卫星将特种稻海丰糯种子送入太空,在多种特殊综合因素作用下,诱发变异。调查了SP0、SP1、SP2、SP3、SP4代的主要农艺性状,利用不同SSR引物PCR检测到太空诱变后代与留地原种的DNA扩增条带存在差别,对变异后代和原种进行外观米质分析,后代各项指标均得到提高或改善,为探索水稻选育新途径提供依据。Seeds of Haifengnuo were sent into space by recoverable satellite, and mutated through the functions of peculiar compositive factors. Some major agro-traits of the progenies SP1, SP2, SP3 and SP4 derived from Haifengnuo were investigated. The materials and controls were detected with SSR markers, which indicated that there were different DNA fragments between Haifengnuo and mutated progenies. And exterior qualities of Haifengnuo and mutated progenies were identified, various indexes were improved. Maybe it is a new approach to breed rice.
