摘 要:在比较4种方法使用斯氏线虫对香蕉假茎象甲Odoiporus longicollis Oliver幼虫的防治效果的基础上,应用生命表方法系统评价了用喷淋法使用斯氏线虫对香蕉假茎象甲的控制作用。结果表明,注射法、缓释法使用斯氏线虫对香蕉假茎象甲防治效果好。应用干扰作用控制指数和害虫种群数量持续降低指标评价斯氏线虫喷淋法处理成长蕉株对香蕉假茎象甲的田间控制作用。所试验的组合中大部分可以将香蕉假茎象甲种群趋势指数降到1以下,同样使用浓度下,线虫对香蕉假茎象甲种群的干扰作用控制指数随使用次数增加而逐渐降低,即控制作用增大;在同样使用次数下,干抗作用控制指数随使用浓度增大而降低。The banana pseudostem weevil (BPW) Odoiporus longicollis Oliver was major pest which caused serious damage to the banana in south China. The biocontrol measures were effective to the pest. The four methods of using the entomopathogenic nematode Steinernema carpocapsae in banana plantation were compared, and life table technology was used to evaluate the controlling effect of S. carpocapsae on BPW. The results revealed that nematode would be higher effective when it was used by methods of injection and slow release. The interference index and sustainable reducing index of the population were used to evaluate the controlling effect of S. carpocapsae on BPW. The population trend indices of BPW were below 1 for most of the groups with combination of dosages and times. The model of population trend indices and dosage-time was presneted, and the most combinations of dosage and time were presented.
