摘  要:采用染色体常规制片技术,对Parasol、Corvara等6个东方百合品种进行了染色体形态研究。结果表明:Parasol的核型公式为2n=24=8m(1SAT)+6sm(1SAT)+6st(1SAT)+4t,Corvara的核型公式为2n=24=6m(1SAT)+8sin(3SAT)+8st(2SAT)+2t.Lido的核型公式为2n=24=6m+6sm+12st(2SAT),Alessia的核型公式为2n=24=12m(3SAT)+4sm(2SAT)+Sst,Anaise的核型公式为2n:24=lOm+8sm+6st,Crystal Blanca的核型公式为2n=24=14m(4SAT)+4sm+6st。Alessia、Anaise和CrystalBlanca3个品种的核型类型为2B型,核型不对称系数范围为64.81%-66.1%;Corvara和Lido的核型为3B型.核型不对称系数范围为70.71%-70.74%:corvara的核型为2A型,核型不对称系数为70.3%。除Anaise外,其他5个品种的染色体均有随体,其中3个品种的第2对染色体上均携有随体。The karyotypes of 6 oriental cultivars of lily were studied using traditional squash method. The results indicated as follows: (1) The karyotype of 'Parasol' was 2n=24=8m(1SAT)+6sm(1SAT)+6st(1SAT)+4t, the karyotype of 'Corvara' was 2n=24=6m(1SAT)+Ssm (3SAT)+8st(2SAT)+2t, the karyotype of 'Alessia' was 2n=24=12m(3SAT)+4sm(2SAT)+8st, the karyotype of 'Anaise' was 2n=24=10m+ 8sm+6st, the karyotype of 'Crystal Blanea' was 2n=24=14m(4SAT)+4sm+6st. (2) The karyotype of 'Alessia', 'Anaise' and 'Crystal Blanca' belonged to 2B, and the asymmetry index was 70.71%-70.74%; the karyotype of 'Corvara' and 'Lido' belonged to3B, and the asymmetry index was 70.71%~70.74%; the karyotype of 'Corvara' belonged to 2A, and the asymmetry index was 70.3%. (3) The secondary constriction was observed in five other cultivars except 'Anaise', the secondary constriction was located on the second pairs of chromosomes in three cuhivars.
