摘 要:以佛山市南海区为例,分析1996—2008年的土地利用动态变化,并应用回归模型对土地利用变化驱动因素进行了研究。研究结果表明:(1)1996—2008年间南海区耕地、园地、居民点及工矿用地和交通运输用地具有明显的动态变化,其年均变化率分别为-6.12%、5.24%、6.27%、15.30%;(2)土地利用动态度较高,其综合土地利用动态度为2.16%,土地利用程度综合指数呈增长趋势,土地利用程度加深,土地利用程度变化率大于零,说明在整个研究时段内南海区的土地利用都还处于发展期,土地利用类型会随着时间的推移继续发生动态变化;(3)人口、社会经济、固定资产投资、粮食总产量、农民人均纯收入是影响土地利用变化的驱动因素;(4)佛山市南海区保护耕地和控制建设用地形势非常严峻,需要在今后工作中强化我国最为严格的耕地保护制度和人口计划生育政策的贯彻、落实,加大补充耕地力度,严格建设用地管理制度,提高存量建设用地的节约集约利用,控制建设用地的过度扩张。This article studied the land use change of Nanhai district of Foshan city during 1996-2008, then analyzed the driving factors of the land use change by regression models. Research shows that: (1) During the 1996 to 2008, cultivated land, garden plot, residential and industrial laud and transportation land had been changed obviously, the annual changing rate were-6.12%, 5.24%, 6.27% and 15.30% respectively. (2)The dynamic degree of land use was higher, and the percentage of comprehensive land use dynamic degree was 2.16%, land use degree comprehensive index trended to improvement, land use degree was deepen and land use change rate was greater than zero, which indicated that the land use was in a period of development and the type of land use would be changed in the future in Nanhai district of Foshan city. (3) Population, economy, investment in fixed assets, total grain output , and farmers per capita net income were the main driving factors that leaded to the land use changed. (4) The situation of cultivated land preservation would be stern and we should strengthen and implement the institutes of cultivated land and family planning, and increase strength to supplement cultivated land. In the same time, we should strict land management system and improve the land saving and intensive use to control the excessive expansion of construction land.
