摘 要:叙述了一种基于STM32系列设计的SPWM逆变电源。通过升压环节与SPWM逆变环节,得到了设定频率与电压的优质正弦交流电。基于Boost升压拓扑结构原理,采用高性能电压型脉宽调制控制芯片TL494驱动主回路MOS管。STM32做为系统控制核心,配合12位高精度D/A模块精确控制输出电压。系统具有良好过流保护功能并可智能检测负载情况,以控制系统工作状态。采用嵌入式控制技术对此电源进行控制使整个系统结构简单,实现了系统的数字智能化。为性能要求高的仪器设备提供了一种高品质的交流电源。This paper describes a design based on STM32 SPWM inverter. SPWM inverter through the boost links with the link has been set the frequency and voltage of the high-quality sinusoidal alternating current. Boost Boost topology based on the principle of using high- performance voltage-type PWM control chip TL494 drive the main circuit MOS tube. STM32 microcontroller as the core system control, with 12 - bit high precision D/A module precise control of output voltage. Over-current protection system can be smart with good load testing to control the system operation. Using digital technology based on single chip, making the power adjustment flexibility, reliable performance, low power, high efficiency, high performance requirements of equipment provides a high-quality AC power.
