舒适护理在中青年断指再植术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在中青年断指再植术中的应用。方法:选取住院治疗的断指再植40例,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例,观察组实施舒适护理模式,对照组实施传统护理模式,观察两组紧张度缓解、血压、心率、满意度、术后疼痛等指标。结果:观察组的血压、心率、紧张情绪、满意度明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:舒适护理可减轻患者恐惧的心理,提高患者的满意度,提高了患者手指的成活率。Objective To explore the comfortable nursing in replantation of severed finger of youth.Methods Select the hospital treatment of 40 cases of rcplantation of severed finger, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 20 cases in each group,the observation group received comfortable nursing mode,the implementation of the control group conventional nursing,observation of two groups of blood pressure,heart rate,stress relief, satisfaction,such as postoperative pain index.Results The observation group,heart rate,blood pressure tension.Satisfaction was significantly better than the control group,two groups had very significant（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Comfort care can reduce the patient＇s psychological fear, improved patient satisfaction,improved the survival rate of patients with finger.
