摘　　要：目的:探讨肩关节脱位外科治疗的临床疗效和体会。方法:对40例肩关节脱位的患者采用屈肘外旋法和(或)外展上举牵引法治疗。结果:40例患者总复位成功率为97.5%(39/40)。结论:治疗肩关节脱位采用屈肘外旋法和(或)外展上举牵引法,操作简单省力、患者痛苦小、复位成功率高,值得临床推广。Objective:To discuss the surgery treatment experience and clinical effects of shoulder dislocation.Methods:40 shoulder dislocation patients were treated by elbow flexion outside turning method and(or)exhibition for traction method.Results:The total success rate of restoration was 97.5%(39/40).Conclusion:Treating shoulder dislocation patients by elbow flexion outside turning method and(or)exhibition for traction method,the operation is simplicity,anguish is small and success rate is high.It is worth for generalization.
