尼尔雌醇联合米索前列醇用于绝经后妇女取IUD前的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨尼尔雌醇联合米索前列醇对绝经后女性IUD取出前的临床疗效。方法:选择绝经后女性宫内节育器取出前患者128例,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组64例。2组患者在进行宫内节育器取出术前均给予顿服尼尔雌醇。观察组则在此基础上于术前阴道放置米索前列醇。对2组患者宫颈软化程度及药物不良反应等指标进行对比分析。结果:与对照组相比,观察组充分软化的比率明显提高,而软化的比率明显降低,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,与对照组相比,观察组发生恶心、呕吐的比率明显降低,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:采用尼尔雌醇与米索前列醇联合应用治疗绝经后女性宫内节育器取出术前的过程中,其疗效确切,毒副作用小,是绝经后女性宫内节育器取出术的理想治疗方法。Objective:To probe into the clinical observation of nilestriol combined postmenopausal for post-menopausal women before remove the IUD.Methods:Choice in postmenopausal women with IUD removed before the 64 patients randomly were divided into observation group and control group 32 cases.Two groups of patients with prior surgery during IUD removal for Gordon served Nylestriol.The observation group was on this basis in the preoperative vaginal misoprostol.In two groups of patients with cervical softening of the extent and indicators of adverse drug reactions were analyzed.Results:Compared with control group,the ratio of the observation group to fully softened markedly improved,while the rate of softening significantly lower,there were significant differences(P<0.05).At the same time,Compared with control group,observer Group nausea and vomiting rate significantly lower,there were also significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:Nilestriol and misoprostol used in combination therapy in postmenopausal women with IUD removal preoperative process,its curative effect and toxic side effects are post-menopausal women, IUD removal surgery for an ideal method of treatment.
