摘　　要：总结15例美皮康联合清得佳治疗鼻咽癌患者Ⅳ度放射性皮炎的疗效和护理体会。主要护理措施有创面处理、心理护理、饮食护理、疼痛护理和放疗健康宣教等。认为美皮康联合清得佳治疗鼻咽癌患者Ⅳ度放射性皮炎疗效显著,缩短了愈合时间,减轻了患者痛苦和费用,提高了患者生活质量。To summarizes the therapeutic effect and nursing of 15 patients undergoing Four degrees of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radioactive dermatitis and treating with Mepilex and Hydrogel.The primary nursing measures inelud psychological nursing,nutrition treatment ,pain nursing and so on.We consider that it is quite effective to treat patients undergoing Four degrees of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radioactive dermatitis with Mepilex and Hydrogel.The treatment shortens the healing time,reduces the pain and cost of patients,and improves the life quality of patients.
