导管冲洗及通气技术在防止VSD负压引流管堵塞中的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨应用引流管反向接三通管连接输液器间断冲洗及通气技术防止VSD负压引流管堵塞的效果。方法将60例下肢骨折伴皮肤软组织缺损的患者,按随机化的原则分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组经清创、骨折内固定后运用VSD负压封闭引流装置及导管冲洗通气技术治疗和护理,对照组经清创、骨折内固定后采用常规VSD负压封闭引流装置治疗与护理,负压持续0.017～0.060Mpa,观察2组引流管堵塞的发生率。结果观察组中无1例引流管堵塞,对照组中有16例引流管发生堵塞。结论在VSD负压封闭引流技术治疗与护理中采用导管冲洗通气技术能有效防止引流管堵塞,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of catheter flushing and ventilation techniques in the prevention of VSD suction drainage tube jam. Methods Sixty patients with lower limb fracture and soft tissue damage were randomly divided into control group and ob- servation group, and each goup has 30 patients. Observation group received VSD suction drainage and catheter flushing and ventilation after debridement and internal fixation. Control group only received VSD suction drainage with negative pressure between 0.017-0.060 Mpa. Tube jam incidence were observated in the two groups. Results 16 cases have tube jam in control group and 0 in observation group. Conclusions The application of catheter flushing and ventilation techniques in VSD suction drainage can reduce tube jam inci-dence effectively, and have a promote application.
